YARD RAMP Site is happy to announce that we were involved in the 2014 NBA All-Star Game. No, you didn’t see us on the floor with LeBron or Kevin Durant (although we could imagine our ramps being great props for the dunking competition).
Instead, we supplied aluminum van ramps to the crews involved in the process of setting up this large event. There’s a massive amount of equipment that needed to be unloaded in rapid-fire succession, properly organized, and put into place.
That’s where our efficient and versatile aluminum ramps were up to task.
The crews involved with the All-Star Game had little time to put together the entire operation and even less time to take it all apart. With the help of our ramps, they were able to get more done in less time, providing for a smooth and successful NBA All-Star Game.
It’s one of the many behind-the-scenes and logistical concerns an event like this needs to consider. YARD RAMP Site knew that our ramps could do the job right.
At Copperloy, we offer dozens of different aluminum ramps across several different product lines, including: our aluminum van ramps, our twin lock ramps, and our aluminum walk boards.
Walk boards are built for light and regular duty applications, topping out at 1,500 lbs capacity. The twin lock ramps though, when combined and locked for manual loading, offer capacities of up to 7,500 lbs. For auto loading, they can be properly spaced apart.
Our aluminum van ramps come in capacities of between 2,500 and 4,000 lbs, widths of 38.5 or 44.5 inches and lengths between 6 and 16 feet. Height ranges may be anywhere from 0 to 16 inches, to 0 to 48 inches.
In other words, with all of these different models and specifications, there’s a specific ramp for any kind of facility, operation, vehicle, or circumstance.
